【寫作思路】
口頭通知
口頭通知要注意以下幾點：
(1) 要有稱呼用語。如：在正式場合用的Ladies and gentlemen,對學(xué)生用的Boys and girls 等。
(2) 要有開頭語。常用的開頭語有：
May I have your attention, please?
Be quite. There is something important I have to tell you.
You need to know.
I have something to tell you.
(3) 時態(tài)問題?？陬^通知是要告訴大家即將進(jìn)行的活動，因此要以一般將來時為主。
(4) 人稱問題。口頭通知常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。
(5) 要有結(jié)束語。常用的結(jié)束語有：
That’s all. Thank you.
Any questions? Does everyone understand?
書面通知
書面通知具有以下特點：
(1) 書面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT 標(biāo)志。
(2) 在正文最后的右下角要寫上發(fā)通知的單位或組織者的姓名。
(3) 在左下角寫上發(fā)出通知的日期。
【寫作佳句】
口頭通知套語
(1) 在用口頭下達(dá)通知時，發(fā)通知者通常要將聽通知人的注意力吸引過來，這類表達(dá)常見的有：

2018年高考英語書面表達(dá)體裁為通知，替學(xué)校的“英語天地”邀請學(xué)生看英文短片Growing together。繼2015年，2016年，2017年連續(xù)三年考查信件認(rèn)識人寫信之后，全國二卷考查了應(yīng)用文中的另一典型體裁，內(nèi)容為邀請電影相關(guān)的時間，地點的通知。學(xué)生對該題材和內(nèi)容熟悉，對詞匯的要求也相對基礎(chǔ)。

【寫作點撥】
英語書面通知的時態(tài)應(yīng)該以一般將來時為主，多使用被動語態(tài)、簡單句。在通知中不應(yīng)當(dāng)過度的使用較復(fù)雜的詞語和讀起來拗口的句子。
第二個注意點：層次一定要清晰，一個層次要表達(dá)一件事情，使人看起來一目了然。
