英文e－mail與英文書信的寫法和格式大體相同，但也有不同之處。英文e－mail一般由以下五部分組成：
?????1．標(biāo)題欄
?????這是英文書信中沒有的。標(biāo)題欄中有“收件人”、“抄送”和“主題”三個框。在“收件人”框中填寫收件人的e－mail地址。如要將郵件同時發(fā)送給多人，可在“抄送”框中填入其他人的e－mail地址。在“主題”框中簡要地概括郵件的內(nèi)容，可以用一個單詞，如：Greetings(問候)；也可以用短語，如：Personal information(個人情況)；還可以是一個內(nèi)容完整但語言簡短的句子。
????2．稱呼語
????如果是同學(xué)或親朋好友間的郵件，可以直呼其名，如：Mike；但如果是發(fā)給老師、長輩或上級，最好在稱呼前加上稱謂或職位。職位可用Doctor，Professor等，如：Professor Li。男性用Mr；女性用Miss(未婚)，Mrs(已婚)，Ms(不知婚否)。
????3．正文
????大多數(shù)e－mail篇幅短小，語言簡單明了。如果是寫給不熟悉的人，一般要先進(jìn)行自我介紹；反之，則可直接進(jìn)入正題。要多使用短句、簡單句，少用或不用長句。一是便于閱讀，再者使意思清楚。如果內(nèi)容很長，可就重點部分作些介紹，而把詳細(xì)內(nèi)容以“附件”的方式發(fā)出。
4．結(jié)尾客套話
????英文書信的信尾客套話常用Best wishes! Good luck to you! 等。而e－mail通常很簡明，如：Best，Thanks，Yours等。
????5．落款
????直接寫發(fā)件人的姓名即可，且與客套話對齊。

今年的書面表達(dá)沿襲近幾年的體裁，仍舊是應(yīng)用文。本次書面表達(dá)要求考生寫一封郵件告知隊友有關(guān)比賽的信息。在短文的內(nèi)容要求和要點設(shè)計上，難度與往年大致相當(dāng)。另外，話題的選擇體現(xiàn)了一個命題趨勢：圍繞人與社會的主題，加強(qiáng)德智體美勞的全面考查。通過排球比賽設(shè)定的體育情境體現(xiàn)了關(guān)注體育鍛煉、倡導(dǎo)健康意識的理念。
縱觀全國II卷英語書面表達(dá)，從題材上來講，除了2014年考查了記敘文，十年中九年均考查了應(yīng)用文，應(yīng)用文占90%。所以考生在高考的英語寫作的準(zhǔn)備中應(yīng)當(dāng)把重心放在應(yīng)用文上，熟練掌握英語應(yīng)用文寫作的幾個相關(guān)專項，并且熟識高考英語基礎(chǔ)詞匯。
