I am a 3rd generation South African born Chinese and am a native English speaker. I am a highly motivated and versatile person. I am friendly and work well with people and also work well under pressure. I am patient and therefore work very well with learners. I am creative, diligent and enthusiastic. I am also a very dependable person whom people can also rely on and fall back on, and I have always given 110% towards my work.

I previously worked in Taipei, Taiwan as an English teacher at a cram school. It was a challenging but rewarding job as I enjoy educating as well as interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds and especially children. I worked there for two years and taught different classes. My two main classes were first grade third grade but I also taught high school class for a semester and substituted some kindergarten classes. (2012-2014)
I have also taught refugees from Africa and South America during my TESOL training. (2011)
