狀語從句
一、狀語從句的定義：狀語從句是主從復(fù)合句中修飾主句中動詞，形容詞，副詞等的從句，也叫做副詞性從句。 狀語從句一般分為時間、地點、條件、讓步、比較、方式、目的、結(jié)果、原因九種狀語從句

二. 時間狀語從句：
時間狀語從句在主句中表示時間，常用連接詞有：when（當(dāng)……時），while（當(dāng)……時），as（當(dāng)……時），before（在……之前），after（在……之后），since（自從），not…until（直到……才）， as soon as（一……就），once（一旦……就）等。
1. 連詞：
(1) when引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句，表示主句的動作和從句的動作同時或先后發(fā)生，從句的謂語可以是延續(xù)性動詞，也可以是瞬間動詞。
He was working when I went in. 我進去時他正在工作。
When she heard the news, she began to cry. ?她聽到這個消息，她哭了起來。
(3) while引導(dǎo)的狀語從句中常用延續(xù)性動詞或表示狀態(tài)的動詞，意思是“在……期間”。 while還可以表示兩者之間的對比關(guān)系。
They rushed in while we were singing. 我們唱歌時，他們沖進來。
I like playing football, while Tom likes listening to music.
我喜歡踢足球，而湯姆喜歡聽音樂。
(4) as引導(dǎo)狀語從句，強調(diào)同時發(fā)生，不分先后?？梢宰g成“隨著”或“一邊……一邊”。
John sings as he walks home. 約翰一邊往家走一邊唱歌。
(5) since引導(dǎo)狀語從句，主句常用現(xiàn)在完成時，從句常用一般過去時。
We have been friends since we met in Beijing.
自從我們在北京遇到就一直是朋友。
It has been six years since she left school.
自從她畢業(yè)已經(jīng)有六年了。
(6) until/ till 引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句，當(dāng)主句的謂語動詞是瞬間動詞時，主句常用否定形式，not…
until意思為“直到……才”。
He didn’t go to bed until he finished his homework. 他直到做完作業(yè)才睡覺。
2.注意事項：
?(1) 時間狀語從句中，一般要用一般現(xiàn)在時代替一般將來時，一般過去時代替過去將來時。例如：
I will telephone you when he comes. 他來時，我會給你打電話。
I’ll stay here until you come back. 我會呆在這里，直到你回來。
（2）引導(dǎo)詞while, when, as的區(qū)別：
1）when既可以指“時間點”,與瞬間動詞連用，也可以指“時間段”，與延續(xù)性動詞連用（=while）。如：21教育網(wǎng)
When he came in, his mother was cooking.
When (While) we were at school, we went to the library every day.2com
While表示時間段,因此，while 從句的謂語動詞要用延續(xù)性動詞。如：

2）As與when用法相似，但著重強調(diào)主句動作與從句動作同時發(fā)生，有“隨著……”或“一邊……一邊……”之意。如：【來源：21cnj*y.co*m】

三．地點狀語從句：
地點狀語從句在主句中表示地點。其連接詞有where（哪里），wherever（無論哪里）等。
例如：
Put it where you find it. ?把它放在原來的地方。
You can sit wherever you like. ?你喜歡坐在哪里就坐在哪里。
四. 原因狀語從句：
原因狀語從句在主句中表示原因或者理由。其連接詞有：because（因為），as （因為），since（既然）等。
1.連詞
?(1) because表示因果關(guān)系語氣最強，常用來回答why提出的問題。
I didn’t tell them because they were too young.
我沒有告訴他們，因為他們太小。
（2）since 引導(dǎo)的原因狀語從句 ，表示眾所周知的原因，翻譯為：既然，由于
Since you come, wait for more time please.
2.注意事項：
（1.） because、since,as 語氣強弱比較：
??because >since>as
(2) because和so不能同在一個句子里。
Because the book was expensive, I didn’t buy it. (I 前不用so)
五. 結(jié)果狀語從句：
結(jié)果狀語從句在主句中表示結(jié)果。其連接詞有：so…that…（如此……以至于……），such… that…（如此……以至于……）等。

such＋a(an)＋形容詞＋單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞＋that從句
such＋形容詞＋復(fù)數(shù)名詞/不可數(shù)名詞＋that從句
(2) so ... that
so＋形容詞／副詞.＋that從句
so＋形容詞＋a(an)＋單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞＋that從句
so+many/much/little/few +名詞+that?+從句

六、. 目的狀語從句：
目的狀語從句在主句中表示目的。其連接詞有：so（以便），so that（為了），in order that（為了）等，從句中多用情態(tài)動詞can, will, may, should 等。
例如：
He got up very early so that he could catch the first train.
他起床很早以便于趕第一班火車。
I will run slowly so that you can catch up with me. ??
我慢慢跑以便你能趕上我。
七. 條件狀語從句：
條件狀語從句在主句中表示條件。其連接詞有：if（如果），unless （如果不，除非），as long as（只要）等。
例如：If it is fine tomorrow, we will go swimming.

注意：
在條件狀語從句中，一般要用一般現(xiàn)在時代替一般將來時，一般過去時代替過去將來時。
例如：
Unless it rains, the game will be played.（= If it doesn’t rain, the game will be played.）

八 讓步狀語從句：
常由though/although (雖然)，even if/ though (即使)等引導(dǎo)，但though/although不能和but同時出現(xiàn)在一個句子里。
例如：
Though it’s hard work, I enjoy it.（= It’s hard work, but I enjoy it.）
盡管這是一件艱苦的工作，但我樂意做。
Though/Although it was raining，we went there.
雖然下著雨，但我們還是去了那兒。
She won’t leave the TV set even though /even if supper’s on the table.
即使晚飯已擺在桌上，她也不愿意離開電視機。
